Promise On has been operating food catering in Korea since 2010, and has also been operating food catering in Vietnam since 2015.

We have experienced employees as business managers, chefs, and nutritionists, and we provide better service through job training and hygiene education even after hiring.

Efficient management system

 We efficiently operate a food catering management system ranging from employee management to food ingredient purchasing, warehousing, pre-processing, cooking, and distribution.

In particular, we have a quick system that allows us to make decisions immediately when customer requests arise.

Use of safe food ingredients

We continuously provide food safety training to all employees, and we design and operate thoroughly in accordance with BSI HACCP regulations, including kitchen design, one-way cooking, clean areas, and contaminated areas.

Business site managers, chefs, and nutritionists all have expertise in each area and provide strict management. We also have product liability insurance for all meals we cook, so we are covered for any problems that may inevitably arise.

Together with customers, employees, and society

 We work with local food ingredient suppliers to use locally produced food ingredients to contribute to regional development. Promise On employees and customer company employees select the menu they want every week and provide meals, so we respond immediately to customer requests. We are working hard to ensure customer satisfaction.

Professional Korean/Chinese cooking staff

With food catering experience in Korea and China, we have a lot of know-how in Korean and Chinese food. In particular, professional chefs in Korean and Chinese provide cooking guidance and evaluation for Korean and Chinese restaurants at each business site. Currently, I have a high level of satisfaction with Korean/Chinese restaurants.
